- Test the total mol of sunlight photons received per square meters for a day. Can help you to know whether the plants have received enough photons throughout the whole day.
- 10-15mol means 1-4 hours direct sunlight for your plants, also called partial shade. 15-20mol means 4-6hours. also called partial sun. >20mol means more than 6hours, also called full sun.
- Record the Daily Light Integral(DLI) datas for each of 10 consecutive days.

- Q: The meter doesn’t turn on — is it defective? A: Not at all. Each unit includes a test battery before shipping. After months of storage and transport, this battery may lose charge. Please replace it with a fresh AAA alkaline battery, and the meter will power on normally.
