Spinach and Feta Pies
Ingredients
1 package of Politiki phyllo Nineli
300 g spinach, finely chopped
200 g feta cheese Kalomoiris, crumbled
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil Aenaon
1 egg
Salt Afrina and pepper Batavia
Instructions
In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion until translucent.
Add the spinach and cook until wilted and the moisture has evaporated.
Let the mixture cool, then add the feta cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
Cut the phyllo dough into strips and fill with the mixture.
Roll them up and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
