Shrimps Saganaki with Feta

Ingredients

  • 500 g (1 lb) Vannamei shrimps, peeled
  • 200 g (7 oz) feta cheese Parnassos , crumbled
  • 1/2 cup olive oil Theo
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup white wine Ktima Sigala
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika La Chinata
  • Salt Astarti and pepper Batavia
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic until translucent.
  2. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  3. Deglaze with the wine and add the tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes and then add the feta. Cook until the feta slightly melts.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
