Shrimps Saganaki with Feta
Ingredients
500 g (1 lb) Vannamei shrimps, peeled
200 g (7 oz) feta cheese Parnassos , crumbled
1/2 cup olive oil Theo
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup white wine Ktima Sigala
1/2 tsp smoked paprika La Chinata
Salt Astarti and pepper Batavia
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic until translucent.
Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Deglaze with the wine and add the tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Simmer for 5 minutes and then add the feta. Cook until the feta slightly melts.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
