Saganaki with Orange Marmalade
Ingredients
200 g feta kalomoiris or kefalotyri Arvaniti , sliced
1/2 cup flour Petra
Oil Sanola for frying
1/4 cup orange marmalade Mastos
1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)
Instructions
Coat the cheese slices with flour.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the cheese slices until golden and slightly melted.
Place the fried cheese on a plate and garnish with orange marmalade.
If desired, sprinkle with fresh thyme before serving.
