Saganaki with Orange Marmalade

Ingredients

  • 200 g feta kalomoiris or kefalotyri Arvaniti , sliced
  • 1/2 cup flour Petra
  • Oil Sanola for frying
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade Mastos
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)

Instructions

  1. Coat the cheese slices with flour.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the cheese slices until golden and slightly melted.
  3. Place the fried cheese on a plate and garnish with orange marmalade.
  4. If desired, sprinkle with fresh thyme before serving.
