Chicken with Olive and Lemon Sauce
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
1/2 cup Kalamon olives Alea, sliced
Juice of 2 lemons
1/4 cup olive oil Aenaon
1 tsp oregano Gaia
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt Afrina and pepper Batavia
Instructions
Marinate the chicken breasts in a mixture of lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper for at least 1 hour.
Grill or pan-fry the chicken with a little olive oil until well cooked.
Serve with olives and additional lemon juice if desired.
