Chicken with Olive and Lemon Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Kalamon olives Alea, sliced
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/4 cup olive oil Aenaon
  • 1 tsp oregano Gaia
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt Afrina and pepper Batavia

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in a mixture of lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper for at least 1 hour.
  2. Grill or pan-fry the chicken with a little olive oil until well cooked.
  3. Serve with olives and additional lemon juice if desired.
