Baked Giant Beans with Tomato and Celery

Ingredients

  • 500 g giant beans Arosis, soaked and cooked
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup olive oil Theo
  • 2 tbsp chopped celery
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp oregano Gaia
  • Salt Afrina and pepper Batavia

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  2. Add the tomatoes and celery and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in the cooked beans, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30-40 minutes.
