Produced from the Greek indigenous varieties Limnio, Mavroudi and Mavrotragano. Limnio Refers by Aristotle as “Lemnia Vine” in the 4th century BC – Is the oldest Greek variety and dominates the wine. After extraction and the completion of the alcoholic fermentation and malolactic Burgundy oak in special tanks, wine aged from about 12 to 18 months in new French oak barrels. It has glamorous Magenta color, complex bouquet of spices with ripe black fruit (blackberry), currant, coffee and cocoa. In the mouth noble tannins supported by plenty of fruit, creating strength and balance. The aftertaste is lasting with repetition of spices. It shows great aging potential (15-20 years) and served at 16-18 ° C. Tasty combinations: red stewed meats with spicy sauces, hairy hunt.
