Meatballs with Rice and Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
500 g (1 lb) minced meat from (lamb or beef)
1 cup cooked rice Arosis
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup tomato sauce Kyknos
1/4 cup olive oil Theo
Salt Astarti and pepper Batavia
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the ground meat with the cooked rice, onion, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the meatballs until browned.
Add the chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce, and cook for 20 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.
